新兵集训期心理健康状况调查

目的 通过测评新兵在集训过程中心理健康水平的变化,确定存在心理适应问题的群体,为发展并完善应用于集训期间适应障碍的干预方法提供依据.方法 对891名新兵采用症状自评量表及一般情况调查表进行测评分析.结果 新兵症状自评量表总分及各因子分均显著低于新兵常模(P＜0.01),集训后症状自评量表总分及各因子分均较集训前有显著下降(P＜0.01).独生子女新兵症状自评量表总分及躯体化、其他因子分下降水平显著低于非独生子女(P＜0.05或0.01),初中及以下新兵强迫、恐怖、精神病性因子分下降水平显著高于高中及以上(P＜0.05或0.01);年龄在集训前与症状自评量表敌对、恐怖因子分呈显著负相关(P＜0.05),在集训后与人际关系、敌对、恐怖、偏执因子分呈显著负相关(P＜0.05).结论 大部分新兵能够顺利完成军营生活的心理适应,独生子女、学历较高、年龄较低的新兵有心理适应不良倾向.

A study on psychological adjustment in recruits to assemble for training

Objective To determine the population who had psychological adjustment problems by measuring the changes of recruits＇s mental health level during training in order, to provide basis for developing and consummating intervention measures in adjustment disorder during training. Methods Assessments were carried out with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） and the General Survey Questionnaire （GSQ） in 891 recruits. Results The total and each factor scores of the SCL-90 were significantly lower in the recruits than recruit norm （P〈0.01）, after training those lowered significantly decreased compared with pre-training （P〈0.01）. The decreased levels of total,somatization and the other scores were significantly lower than in only-child than in non-only-child recruits （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and those of coercion, phobia and psychotic scores were significantly higher in the recruits with junior middle school or below than in senior middle school and above （P〈0.05 or 0.01）; age was negatively related to hostility and phobia scores notably Before training （P〈0.05） and to interpersonal relation, hostility, phobia and paranoia after training （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Most recruits can complete psychologic adjustment to individuals adapted to army life successfully, these recruits who are only child and younger and have higher educational background have psychological maladjustment tendency.
