老年痴呆病区护士心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨老年痴呆病区护士心理健康状况,为制定干预措施提供依据.方法 将某精神病专科医院老年痴呆病区30名护士设为研究组,随机抽取该院精神科封闭式管理病区32名护士设为对照组,采用症状自评量表评定两组心理健康状况.结果 老年痴呆病区护士症状自评量表的躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执因子分显著高于全国常模(P＜0.05或0.01),躯体化、抑郁、焦虑因子分显著高于精神科封闭式管理病区护士(P＜0.05或0.01).结论 老年痴呆病区护士心理健康状况较差,采取有针对性的心理干预,对提高护士的心身健康水平具有重要意义.

An investigation on mental health states of nurses at senile dementia ward

Objective To explore the mental health states of nursee at senile dementia ward in order to provide basis for instituting intervention measures. Methods Thirty nurses at senile dementia ward of a mental hospital were assigned to research group and 32 randomly selected ones in closed psychiatric department to control group, their mental health states assessed with the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）. Results The scores of somatization, coercion , interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety and paranoia of the SCL-90 were significantly higher in the research group than national norm （P〈0.05 or 0.01） and so were those of somatization, depression and anxiety than in the control group （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion Nurses at senile dementia ward have poor mental health states, special psychological intervention should be taken to improve their psychosomatic health.
