监狱民警心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨监狱民警心理健康状况,为开展心理健康教育,提高监狱效能和罪犯矫正质量提供依据.方法 对某监狱432名民警采用自制调查问卷调查一般资料及相关信息,采用心理疾患量表评定心理健康状况.结果 有38.19%的民警存在心理健康问题;男性民警心理疾患量表项目1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、10评分和总分均显著高于女性民警(P＜0.05或0.01);≥40岁的民警心理疾患量表项目4、5、6、7、9评分和总分均显著低于40岁以下的民警(P＜0.01);直接管理罪犯的民警心理疾患量表各项评分及总分均显著高于间接管理罪犯的民警(P＜0.01).结论 监狱工作有其特殊性,应采取有效措施提高狱警的适应能力和心理调适能力,建设高素质的民警队伍.

Surveys of mental health status in prison police

Objective To explore the mental health status of prison police in order to provide basis for developing mental health education, improving jail efficacy ,and criminal＇s correction quality. Methods The general and correlated information were investigated using the Self-made Questionnaire （SQ） and mental health status assessed with the Kessler 10 Rating Scale （K10RS）. Results 38.19% percent of the police have mental health problems; the total,item 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 score of the K10RS were significantly higher in male than in female police （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ; the total,item 4, 5, 6, 7, 9 score were significantly lower in plolice aged 40 and above than in ones below 40 （P%0.01） ; all item and total score were significantly higher in the police directly managing criminals than in ones indirectly （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Prison work has its particularity, effective measures should be taken to improve prison police adaptability and psychological adjustment ability and to enhance the quality of the police.
