门诊康复期精神分裂症患者心理健康状况调查

目的 探讨门诊康复期精神分裂症患者的心理健康状况,为实施有效的心理干预措施提供依据.方法 采用症状自评量表对门诊48例康复期精神分裂症患者进行调查,并与国内常模进行对比分析.结果 康复期精神分裂症患者症状自评量表的躯体化、强迫、抑郁和恐怖因子分均显著高于国内常模(P＜0.05或0.01),而人际关系、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性因子分与国内常模比较差异均无显著性(P＞0.05).结论 门诊康复期精神分裂症患者存在一定的心理问题,应加强心理治疗,改善其心理健康状况.

Surveys of mental health status of outpatient rehabilitation schizophrenics

Objective To explore the mental health status of outpatient rehabili-tation schizophrenics in order to provide the basis for implementing effective psychological intervention. Methods Surveys were carried out using the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90） in 48 outpatient rehabilitation schizophrenia patients and compared with national norm. Results The somatization, coercion, depression and phobia score of the SCL-90 were significantly higher in the rehabilitation schizophrenia patients than the national norm （P〈0.05 or 0.01） ,but there were no significant differences in interpersonal relationship, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, psychotic between the patients and national norm （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Outpatient rehabilitation schizophrenia patients have determinate psychological problems, intensive psuchotherapy should be given to improve their mental health stauts.
