| 摘 要： | 该文通过对部分地区试行农村医疗保险制度的典型分析，对不同医疗保险制度模式的管理体制、筹资渠道、保障项目和水平、制度运行机制等方面的比较，对进一步推进农村医疗保险制度，实现2010年农村医疗保险基本覆盖农村居民的目标提出对策建议。

This paper proposed the comments for covering health insurance system for all rural population by the year to 2010. |
