摘    要:目的研究近15年住院儿童人数增长和前10位疾病构成变化情况,以利加强儿童保健及疾病的防控工作。方法收集近15年统计汇编、疾病分类报表进行分类统计。1994年~2001年按照国际疾病(ICD-9》编码名称进行分类,2002年~2008年按照国际疾病(ICD-10)编码名称进行分类。结果住院儿童出院人数15年增长了2.6倍;社会环境、家庭环境、自然环境以及现代生活方式使儿科疾病谱发生了明显变化,过去常见的传染病、新生儿疾病已被神经系统疾病、肿瘤所代替。结论针对儿童疾病谱的变化,预测儿童疾病发展变化趋势,加强疾病的防控工作,保障儿童健康成长。

Abstract:Objective To study the increased number of hospitalized children and changes of top 10 disease constitution in the past 15 years. Method Through collecting statistical compilation and disease category reports of the past 15 years to make classified statistics. The classification of diseases from 1994 to 2001 was in accordance with the International Classification of Diseases (ICD - 9) coding name, while the classification of diseases from 2002 to 2008 was followed the International Classification of Diseases (ICD - 10) coding name. Result The discharged number of hospitalized children in the past 15 years increased by 2.6 times; social environment, family environment, natural environment and modern life styles changes pediatric diseases spectrum significantly. Common infectious diseases and neonatal diseases of the past were replaced by the nervous system diseases and tumors. Conclusion Based on the changes of pediatric diseases spectrum, the development trend of children diseases should be predicted to strengthen disease prevention and control to ensure the healthy growth of children.
