| 摘 要： | 目的 探索单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM1)治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy,HIE)的临床疗效.方法 将78例新生儿HIE随机分为GM1组(治疗组)39例,GM1为20 mg/d,加入10%葡萄糖液中静脉滴注,对照组39例以胞二磷胆碱(CDPC)作为对照,所有患儿均予常规治疗,进行疗效对比分析.结果 两组意识障碍改善疗效比较(P＜0.05),两组惊厥停止疗效比较(P＜0.01),两组CT检查疗效比较(P＜0.05),差异均有统计学意义,表明治疗组疗效高于对照组.结论 单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂注射液是防治新生儿HIE的安全有效药物.
