无张力阴道吊带术治疗张力性尿失禁手术后复发患者31例临床分析

目的 :评估对女性张力性尿失禁者曾行尿失禁手术复发者 ,采取无张力阴道吊带术 (TVT)治疗术后 2年的疗效。方法 :对 3 1例经尿动力学检查证实为张力性尿失禁 ,既往采取其它术式而术后复发者 ,行 TVT术并对术后两年内的效果进行随访。结果 :3 1例患者都在局麻下完成 ;平均手术时间 43 min (40～ 55min) ;术中出血量 3 0～ 60 ml。无术后病率发生。平均住院时间 3 d。术后随访 1年以上 14例 ,1年以内 17例 ,无复发。无 1例无效 ;手术并发症少。结论 :TVT术不仅是治疗张力性尿失禁的有效方法 ,且对既往曾行尿失禁手术但失败的患者也有效

Treatment on female stress urinary incontinence of recurrent cases after operati ons with tension-free vaginal tape procedure: a report of 31 cases

Objective: To assess the efficiency of tension-free vaginal tape (TV T) procedure in the treatment on stress urinary incontinence (SUI) in women whic h were recurrence after other operational ways Methods: Thirty-one cases with p roved SUI and accompanied cystocele were undergone the TVT procedure and recurre nt after operations The effect after operation was followed up within two year s Results: Thirty-one patients were operated under local anesthesia Mean ope ration time was 43 minutes (40~55 minutes);Mean blood loss was 30~60 ml No co mp lications happened The overall hospital stay averaged was three days Fourtee n cases were followed up for more than two years and seventeen cases were followed up within two years No recurrence happened Postoperative complications were rarely seen Conclusion: TVT procedure is an effective surgery not only in the tr eatment on female SUI but also in patients who underwent other operation ways bu t failed
