摘    要:目的:研究何首乌蒽醌苷(AGPMT)体外对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:将小鼠淋巴细胞或巨噬细胞与不同浓度的AGPMT共培养,用XTT法测T、B淋巴细胞的增殖能力、对MLR的影响及对MitC所致淋巴细胞增殖抑制的拮抗作用;用中性红染色法观察AGPMT对巨噬细胞吞噬功能、NK细胞活性、小鼠脾细胞分泌TNF活性的影响。结果:AGPMT在体外可明显促进小鼠T、B淋巴细胞的增殖,增强巨噬细胞吞噬中性红的能力,提高NK细胞活性及分泌TNF活性,并可促进MLR,拮抗MitC所致淋巴细胞增殖的抑制作用。结论:AGPMT具有免疫增强作用。

Abstract:Objective:To study the effect of anthraquinone glycoside from Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.(AGPMT) in vitro on cellular immunological function in mice. Methods:The mouse lymphocytes or macrophages were co-cultured with AGPMT.T and B lymphocyte proliferation,mixed lymphocyte reaction(MLR) and the antagonistic effect on reduced lymphocyte proliferation by mitomycin(Mit C) was determined by XTT method. Macrophages phagocytosis,tumor necrosis factor (TNF) secretion activity of mouse spleen cells and activity of natural killer(NK) cells was determined by using neutral red assay. Results: AGPMT could significantly accelerate T and B lymphocytes proliferation in vitro,improve macrophages phagocytosis , increase TNF secretion activity and activity of NK cells, accelerate mixed lymphocyte reaction, antagonize restraining effect of lymphocyte proliferation by Mit C. Conclusion: AGPMT could potentiate the immunological function.
