| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨创伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘血管内栓塞治疗的方法及效果.方法：20例病人,栓塞治疗23次.在局麻或全麻下,采用股动脉入路,用可脱性球囊栓塞17例,微弹簧圈栓塞2例,可脱性球囊及微弹簧圈栓塞1例,因球囊泄漏而再栓塞2例.结果：20例病人一次栓塞成功17例,二次栓塞成功3例.颈内动脉通畅率80%（16/20）.经随访,无并发症及死亡病例发生.结论：创伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘经血管内栓塞治疗,是一种安全、可靠的治疗方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To estimate the method and effects of endovascular embolotherapy on traumatic carotid-cavernous fistula(TCCF).Methods:23 procedures of embolotherapy were performed in 20 cases with TCCF.Under local or general anesthesia and using femoral artery route,17 cases were pegged with balloons,and 2 cases were pegged with micro-coils,balloons and micro-coils were used in 1 case,and 2 cases were pegged in second attempt because of leaking ballons.Results:17 cases were pagged successfully at the first time,and 3 cases were pagged successfully for twice. The rate of internal carotid artery patency was 80%(16/20).There was no complication and none died during follow-up.Conclusion:It is a safe and reliable method of endovascular embolotherapy on TCCF. |
