摘    要:为评价HCG血清浓度在类妊娠病变鉴别分类中的诊断价值,将拟诊为类妊病变的1206名观察对象分别用HCG血清浓度测定法和综合诊断法进行鉴别分类,所得结果按配对四格表资料进行统计分析,对HCG血清浓度测定法作出评价。经计算所得各项评价指标显赤。该诊断试验方法对仅凭临床症状难以区分的早期异位妊娠、陈旧性宫外孕、终止妊一胎盘残留、假孕性病变等停经后类似凭临床症状难以区分的早期异位妊、了工旧性宫外孕、终止妊

Abstract:To evaluate the value of serum HCG concentration in differential diagnosis of gestation-like disorders,1206 cases being suspected to have gestation-like disorders were subjected to determination of serum HCG concentration. They were diagnosed differentially according to the concentration of HCG and comprehensive diagnosis.The results were statistically analysed using paired four-fold tables for the sake of assessing the determination of serum HCG. Various indexes calculated all showed that the determination had rother high sensitirity and moderate specificity in differential diagnosis of gestotion-like disorders,which could not be differentiated by means of clinical symptoms,i.e.early ectopic gestation,old ectopic pregnancy,placental remnants after interruption of pregnancy, false pregnancy after menopause. Besides,the diagnostic accordance rate,coeffieient of variation, mimicry rate, prediction value of HCG determination were all within the control range. Therefore, HCG determination is useful and effective in classification of gestation-like disorders, and the results of determination are stable and reliable.
