病案教学法在护理技能训练中应用效果及体会

目的提高学生护理技能训练的积极性、判断能力、协作能力和综合分析能力。方法下临床实习前一个学期,在护理技能训练过程中应用病案教学方法,事先设计典型病例输入高级护理模型所配备的电脑并提前将病案资料发给学生,学生采用分组训练,让学生结合以往所学医学基础和专业知识,进行分析、判断,互相分工合作,开展护理技能训练。结果2004级86人单项护理技能操作训练方法和2005级151人在护理技能训练中应用病案教学方法所取得的理论成绩比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）;操作成绩比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。78.8%的学生认为病案教学法在护理技能训练中的应用提高了他们的综合分析能力。结论病案教学方法形象逼真,能提高护生学习的积极性和综合分析能力、观察能力、协作能力,可以提高学生综合护理技能水平。

The Effect and Experience of Applying Case History Teaching Methodology in Nursing Skill Training

Objective To enhance the activeness for nursing skill training,judging ability,cooperation ability and analyzing ability.Methods During nursing skill training,case history teaching methodology was used,by inputting primarily designed typical case into a computer with advanced nursing mode and handing out the case histories to the students.The students were divided into training groups and allowed to combine the basic and professional knowledge they learned and conduct their nursing skill training by analysis,judgment and cooperation.Results The comparison between the scores of 86 students of Grade 2004 trained with single nursing skill training and another 151 students of Grade 2005 trained with case history methodology showed the difference was significant on the course of nursing theory（P〈0.001） and insignificant on the manipulation of nursing skills（P〉0.05）.78.8% of the students thought the case history teaching methodology increased their ability in comprehensive analysis.Conclusion Case history teaching methodology is visualized,able to increase the activeness for nursing skill training,judging ability,cooperation ability and analyzing ability.It can increase their level of comprehensive nursing skills.
