摘    要:目的认识虚拟模型在临床技能培训中的重要性,通过统计分析临床模拟培训中,各类模型故障原因及时间分布。从而加强培训模型管理,提高模型使用效率,以实现培训模型设备维修保养的专业化、规范化管理。方法通过对2017年模型维护记录的统计与分析,总结各类模型的使用特点,同时分析故障类型并有针对性地提出预防和解决方案。结果通过对培训设备的维护保养以及故障原因分析,就故障发生率变化的原因进行深层次分析,找出问题。结论各类模型都有其不同的使用规范及特点,通过实施有效规范的地维护保养,可找出更主要的、系统性的原因,并解决问题。

Abstract:Objective To understand the importance of virtual models in clinical skills training,and to analyze the causes and time distribution of various models in clinical simulation training by statistical analysis.To realize the training model equipment maintenance professional,standardized management by strengthening the management of training model and improve the efficiency of model usage.Methods Through the statistics and analysis of the model maintenance records in 2017,the characteristics of various models and the analysis of fault types were summarized,Attnesametime the prevention and solutions were put forward accordingly.Results Through the maintenance of the training equipment and the analysis of the causes of the failure,the causes of the change of the failure rate were deeply analyzed,and the problems were found out.Conclusion All kinds of models have their own specifications and characteristics.By implementing effective and standardized maintenance,we can find out the more important and systematic reasons and solve the problems.
