| 摘 要： | 全自动生化分析仪能够对血液、尿液中的特定物质进行定量分析检测,但由于使用频繁导致故障多发。本文对东芝TBA-120FR分析仪四例故障的发生原因、排查经过和检修结果进行了总结。深入学习分析仪的工作原理,解决了仪器参比液无法正常吸取、患者样本检测结果总体偏低、标本结果交叉污染以及结果重复性差等问题,在排除故障后保证设备能正常使用。另外,希望我们提到的维修案例能为行业工作者对同类设备的故障维修提供参考。

| Abstract: | Fully automatic biochemical analyzer is used for quantitative analysis and detection of specific substances in blood and urine,but frequent use causes frequent failures.We summarized the causes,troubleshooting and maintenance results of four faults in Toshiba TBA-120FR analyzer.The working principle of the automatic biochemical analyzer was analyzed.Several malfunctions were solved,including unable to absorb the reference liquid,low test results of the patient samples,the cross contamination of the sample results,and poor reproducibility of the results.Moreover,the device was guaranteed to be used normally after troubleshooting.We also hope that the mentioned maintenance cases can provide reference for industry workers to repair faults of similar equipment. |
