| 摘 要： | 目的提高呼吸机有效使用率,将呼吸机类急救设备周转率控制在合理范围内,高效利用“白金”抢救时间,提升救治成功率。方法根据PDCA原则,结合实际工作现状,将圈组成员广泛深入调查作为基础,通过调查-分析-实践反馈的工作方案,应用品管圈对呼吸机类急救设备进行管理与改进。结果通过实施品管圈活动,将呼吸机的有效使用率从71.3%提高到92.1%。结论品管圈应用于呼吸机类急救设备的管理,提高了呼吸机有效使用率,并达到了优化医疗救护能力的效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the effective utilization rate of ventilator,control the turnover rate of ventilator type first aid equipment in a reasonable range,make efficient use of“platinum”rescue time,and improve the success rate of treatment.Methods According to the principle of PDCA,based on the actual situation and extensive investigation of crew,QCC was used in the management of respirator emergency equipment by means of investigation-analysis-practice feedback.Results The effective rate of ventilator was increased from 71.3%to 92.1%through the implementation of quality control circle activities.Conclusion The application of quality control circle in the management of ventilator first-aid equipment improved the effective utilization rate of ventilator and ochieved the effect of optimizing medical rescue ability. |
