与医院自制口服中成药装量的商榷

目的了解医院自制日服中成药装量情况，为生产、使用和管理部门提供参考。方法对省级三家中医院自制日服中成药装量情况根据剂型、装量、以及按DDD数为标准的可使用天数等项目进行统计与分析。结果装量的随意性较大，不合格的品种占61．84％，多剂量品种占71．05％。结论装量需要进行规范，建议最小销售单元装量应以服用天数的整数倍为宜。
