| 摘 要： | 毒死蜱广泛应用于农业及非农业领域,过去一直认为其不具有"三致"作用,但新近的流行病学调查发现毒死蜱与肺癌的发生可能存在某些联系.此外,某些研究也发现它可能具有内分泌干扰作用.该文将对这些毒理学研究的新进展进行综述.

| Abstract: | Chlorpyrifos, a widely used pesticide, was found no carcinogenic, teratogenic and mutagenic effects previously. But the lung cancers might be correlated with the use of chlorpyrifos from some recent epidemiological studies in U.S.A. The endocrine disruption effects of chlorpyrifos were also observed recently. Both the effects of carcinogenic and the endocrine disruptions are reviewed in the article. |
