微波技术合成恶丙嗪优点的探讨

摘    要:目的 比较微波技术和普通方法合成恶丙嗪的优缺点。方法 在反应瓶中利用普通方法合成恶丙嗪和微波反应器中利用微波辐射合成恶丙嗪。结果 微波合成仅用17min产率为83%,而普通合成用5h产率为65%。结论 微波合成比普通合成所用时间短,能耗低,产率高。

Abstract:To compare the advantage and shortage of microwave irradiation with common method on synthesizing oxaprozine. Oxaprozine was synthesized by the microwave irradiation in microwave reaction instrument and by the common method in the flask. The yield of the oxaprozine was 83% in17 min by the microwave irradiation while the yield was 65% in 5 h by the common method.Conclusions] The microwave irradiation expend fewer time and energy and get higher yield than the common method.
