| 摘 要： | 目的观察早期针刺加咽后壁点刺疗法对中风后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍的治疗效果。方法40例患者随机划分为治疗组20例，对照组20例。治疗组采用早期针刺加咽后壁点刺疗法进行治疗：对照组给予西药对症处理及支持疗法。两个疗程结束后比较疗效。结果与对照组相比，治疗组的临床治愈率与显效率明显提高，两者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论早期针刺加咽后壁点刺疗法治疗中风后假性球麻痹吞咽障碍疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of early acupuncture plus pricking on the posterior pharyngeal flap in treating dysphagia due to postapoplectic pseudobulbar palsy. Methods Forty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment and control group, 20 cases each.
