| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中药清毒灵颗粒治疗慢性前列腺炎（chronic prostatitis,CP)临床疗效。方法：对175例CP病人随机单盲法分为清毒灵颗粒治疗组（90例）和前列康对照组（85例）进行观察。结果：治疗组临床症状总有效率98．89％，对照组92．94％，治疗组与对照组比较差异有显著意义（P＜0．01）。结论：清毒灵颗粒治疗CP有效，能够缓解和清除症状，改善生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinic al effect of granular Xiaoduling on chronic prostatitis(CP).Methods 175 patients with chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into treatmenta l group(90 patients with granular Xiaoduling) and control group(85 patients with Qianliekang).Results The overall response rates in treatmental group and control group were 98.89% and 92.94% respectively,the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Granular Xiaodu ling is effective to CP,which can improve living quality of CP patients by reliv ing or eliminating their symptoms. |
