| Abstract: | We describe a case of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with mid‐left ventricular obstruction and apical aneurysm containing thrombi where live/real time three‐dimensional transthoracic echocardiography provided incremental value over two‐dimensional echocardiography in assessing the findings. |
