| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在腹膜后肿瘤中的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经病理证实的原发性腹膜后肿瘤的CT影像学表现。结果CT定位诊断符合率为875％，良恶性诊断符合率为90．63％对部分肿瘤可直接进行病理学诊断。结论CT对原发性腹膜后肿瘤定位诊断及良恶性诊断可靠，对病理学诊断亦能提供一定线索。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss to value of CT diagnosis of primary retroperitoneal tumor （PRT）.Methods the CT findings of 32 PRT proved by pathological diagnosis were analysed.Results The correct rate of CT localization was 87.5%, the accurate rate of CT in the prediction of benignancy or malignance was 90.63% .Some tumors could got pathological diagnosed.Conclusion CT scans provides reliable information of PRT on both location and pathological characteristics and provides some clues for pathological diagnosis. |
