老年人颅内动脉瘤治疗特点

目的:探讨老年颅内动脉瘤治疗特点。方法:回顾分析62例65岁以上老年人颅内动脉瘤的临床资料,包括手术、栓塞优缺点、脑血管痉挛及电解质紊乱的防治。结果:62例老年人颅内动脉瘤手术和/或栓塞的死亡率为4.8％,单纯手术27例,单纯栓塞33例,栓塞后再手术2例,1例巨大动脉瘤行颈内外动脉搭桥手术。结论:老年人颅内动脉瘤手术危险性大,首选栓塞治疗,尤其对于体弱、多病、颅内多发动脉瘤,必要时手术治疗或手术和栓塞联合治疗。

Experience in treating intracranial aneurysms of old patients

Objective: To study the character of treating intracramial aneurysms of old patients. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the data on the treatment of 62 over 65 vear-old patients in tenms of operation, embolization, an-ti-vasospasm treatment, anti-electrolyte imbalance. Result: Among the 62 treated patients, 3 died, The mortality is 4. 8%. 27 old patients undervent operation, 33 patients embolization, 2 patients operation and embolization, 1 patient accepted EC-IC bypass + giant aneurysm cutting. Conclusion: It is dangerous to treat intracanial aneurysms of old patients. First we choose embolization, then we choose operation.
