康复治疗对脑出血患者运动功能、认知功能和自理能力的影响

目的探讨康复治疗对脑出血患者运动功能、认知功能及自理能力的影响。方法选择脑出血患者198例,按照发病至开始康复时间<30d、30～60d、>60d将患者分为三组。所有患者均进行系统康复治疗至少3个月以上,分别于入院时、康复治疗1个月、2个月、3个月时进行功能独立性测量(FIM)。结果<30d组康复治疗后FIM改善明显高于其他两组;各组运动功能持续改善(P<0.05);三组认知功能在康复治疗第一、二个月时明显改善(P<0.05);三组各阶段自理能力均明显提高(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者早期康复治疗有利于提高运动功能和认知功能,有利于提高自理能力。

The Effect of Rehabilitation on the Motor Function, Cognitive function and the Independence in Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation treatment on the motor function, cognitive function and the independence in cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods Total 198 cerebral hemorrhage patients were divided into three groups according to less than 30d, 30d to 60d and more than 60d from onset to rehabilitation treatment. All the patients were given standardized rehabilitation treatment for more than three months and were assessed with Functional Independence Measure(FIM)at the entering hospital time, in the 1st, 2nd and 3rd month after rehabilitation. Results FIM in group1 was better than those in other groups and the motor function was continually improved in every group. cognitive function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage were improved significantly in the 1st and 2nd month after rehabilitation treatment (P<0.05). For all the patients, there were significant improvements in independence in every stage(P<0.05). Conclusion Early rehabilitation treatment on cerebral hemorrhage patients may improve the motor function, cognitive function and the independence.
