| 摘 要： | 目的探讨Ezrin、CD44-v6在人喉鳞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法应用Western-blot法检测Ezrin和CD44-v6在36例喉鳞癌组织的癌中心区、过渡区(距肿瘤边缘≤1cm)及无癌区(距肿瘤边缘>1cm)中的表达。结果Ezrin和CD44-v6在喉鳞癌组织的无癌区、过渡区及癌中心区中的表达水平递增;二者的表达与喉鳞癌的T、N分期和病理分级有关;Ezrin和CD44-v6二者之间密切相关。结论过度表达的Ezrin和CD44-v6在喉鳞癌的生长及转移中起重要作用;Ezrin可作为判断喉鳞癌预后的标志物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Ezrin and CD44-v6 in human laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma(LSCC).Methods The expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 was detected by Western-blot on tumor core region(TC),tumor transition region(TR) and tumor free region(TF) of 36 specimens of fresh LSCC.Results The expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 on TF,TR and TC of LSCC appeared progressive overexpression;the expression of Ezrin and CD44-v6 was closely related with lymph node metastasis,tumor grading and tumor differentiation of LSCC;there was significant correlation between Ezrin and CD44-v6.Conclusion The overexpression of Ezrin and CD44-V6 may play an important role in growth and metastasis of LSCC.Ezrin protein would be a new target marker to evaluate the tumor prognosis. |
