CD_(44)V_6、PCNA和VEGF在乳腺癌中的表达及其相关性分析

目的 :探讨 CD4 4V6、增殖细胞核抗原 (PCNA)、血管内皮细胞生长因子 (VEGF)在乳腺癌中的表达及其与乳腺癌浸润和转移的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化 S- P法检测 76例乳腺癌组织中 CD4 4V6、PCNA、VEGF的表达。结果 :CD4 4V6、VEGF在乳腺癌中表达阳性率分别为 86 .8%、80 .3%。CD4 4V6表达同肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结状态相关有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;VEGF则与组织学分级和淋巴结状态相关有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。 CD4 4V6的表达与 PCNA、VEGF的表达相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :CD4 4V6、PCNA、VEGF可以作为评价乳腺癌浸润和转移的指标 ,三者在淋巴结转移过程中具有协同作用。

Expression of CD44V6, PCNA and VEGF in breast carcinoma and the relationship among them

Objective: To assess the expression of CD 44 V 6,proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA), vascular epithilial growth factor(VEGF) in breast cancer and its relationship with the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer. Methods: The immunohistochemical(S P) method was used to detect the expression of CD 44 V 6, PCNA and VEGF in 76 cases of breast cancer.Results: The positive rate of CD 44 V 6 and VEGF in breast cancer were 86.8% and 80 3% respectively. The expression of CD 44 V 6 was closely related to the tumor′s size, the histological grade and the status of lymph nodes( P <0 05). The expression of PCNA was associated with the tumor′s size and the histological grade( P <0 05). The expression of VEGF was correlated with the histological grade and the status of lymph nodes( P <0 05). Conclusion: The CD 44 V 6, PCNA and VEGF may be used as markers to evaluate the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer, and all the three markers have the cooperative mechanism in metastasis of breast cancer.
