摘    要:目的 研究从中药材连翘中分离制备连翘酯苷对照品的高效液相色谱方法。方法 连翘药材经水提醇沉淀后,经聚酰胺柱层析得粗提物,粗提物用RP-HPLC法分离制备连翘酯苷单体。结果 分离制备的连翘酯苷纯度可达98%。结论 该方法上样量大,操作简单,提取物纯度高,可用于连翘酯苷对照品的大量制备。

Abstract:Objective To prepare forsythiaside from Forsythia suspensa by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Method A crude extract of Forsythia suspensa was prepared by water extraction and alcohol precipitation prior to polyamide column chromatography. Forsythiaside was prepared from the crude extract by RP-HPLC. Results Analysis with HPLC showed that the purity of the prepared forsythiaside reached 98%. Conclusion HPLC is simple and effective for the preparation of forsythiaside from Forsythia suspensa
