| 摘 要： | 目的：对咳速停胶囊中盐酸麻黄碱含量测定方法进行改进。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，选用Ultimate AQ—C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-乙腈-0.01molμL-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（磷酸调节PH值至2．5）（5：1：94）；流速：1．0mL·min-1；紫外检测波长：210nm。结果：盐酸麻黄碱在0.060～0．400μg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9999），平均加样回收率为97．99％（n=6），RSD=0.9％。结论：本方法准确、可靠，可作为咳速停胶囊质量控制的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To improve the content determination method of Ephedrine HydrochIorlde in Kesuting Capsule by HPLC. Methods： The Ultimate AQ-C 18 （4.6 mm ×250mm,5μm） column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol ,acetonitrile,0.01molμL-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（adjusted pH to 2.5 with phosphoric acid）（5：1：94）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,the detection wavelength was at 210 nm. Results： The linear ranges of ephedrine hydrochlor was at0.060～0.400μg （r=0.9999）, the average recovery was 97.99% with a RSD of 0.9% （n=6）. Conclusion： The method is accurate and reliable, could be used in the quality control of ephedrine hydrochloride in Kcsuting Capsule. |
