新生儿肺透明膜病的早期监测和护理干预体会

目的：探讨早期监测和护理干预在临床治疗新生儿早期非透明膜病中的作用,提高新生儿早期肺透明膜病的抢救成功率和护理质量。方法：将60例接受同一儿科模式的常规医疗护理服务的肺透明膜病早产儿随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组只接受医护人员根据情况和行医经验而进行的必要的治疗和护理措施,而观察组同期还接受早期病情监测和护理干预的处理。结果：观察组的治愈数明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）,死亡数与对照组相比有显著性差异∞〈0．05）。结论：对有肺透明膜病的早产儿采取有效的治疗和早期监测与护理干预,对提高抢救成功率和改善预后均有非常重要的临床意义。

Monitoring and nursing intervention measures of premature with hyaline membrane disease at the early stage

Objective： To explore the contribution of monitoring and nursing intervention measures in the premature with hyaline membrane disease at the early stage ,to increase of success rate of rescue and the improvement of nursing quality for it. Methods： 60 premature with hyaline membrane disease were divided into observation group and control group at random in the same routine pediatric health care mode. The routine nursing was given to the control group, while additional monitoring at the early stage and nursing intervention measures was given to the observation group. Results：The curative premature were more in the observation t010up than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and dead ones wero fewer than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effective treatment and proper monitoring at the early stage and nursing intervention measures are of significance in increasing success rate of rescue and the improve- ment of prognosis.
