| 摘 要： | 目的探讨临床护理路径在老年腰椎间盘突出症患者围手术期的应用效果。方法将48例患者随机分为两组，实验组和对照组各24例，实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理，对照组用传统方法进行护理。结果实验组术后平均住院天数短于对照组（P〈0．05），实验组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）患者的满意度也明显高于对照组。结论应用临床护理路径实施护理可提高工作质量，同时也提高工作效率。

The application of Clinical nursing pathway(CNP) for aged patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc during operation |

| Abstract: | Objective： To evaluate the application of Clinical nursing pathway（CNP） for aged patients with prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc during operation. Methods： 48 patients were divided into two groups randomly, each group were 24 patients. The experimental group were nursed by CNP,and the control group were nursed by traditional methods. Results： The aerage hospital days of experimental group were shorter than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the incidence rate of postoperative complications of experimental group were obviously lower than that of control group （P 〈 0.05）. Patient satisfaction was also higher than that of the control group. Conclusions： Application of clinical nursing pathway can improve the quality of work, but also increase the work efficiency. |
