青痤乳膏的药效学实验研究

目的：评价青痤乳膏治疗痤疮的作用机制及药效学研究。方法：采用小鼠二甲苯耳肿胀法、豚鼠磷酸组织胺法、小鼠耳部奇正消痛贴微循环实验法以观察青痤乳膏的药效学机制。结果：青痤乳膏能够明显抑制二甲苯所致小鼠耳片炎性肿胀、提高了磷酸组织胺对豚鼠右后足背部的致痒阈、改善了奇正消痛贴对小鼠耳廓微循环。结论：青痤乳膏具有较好的改善微循环、抗炎、止痒作用。

Experimental Study on Pharmaeodynamics of Qingcuo Ointment

Objective： To investigate the effect and pharmacodynamics of Qingcuo Ointment （QCO） in treating ance.Method： The tests were adopt by mouse auricular swelling method, guinea pigs phosphate histamine method, the mice microcirculation experimental method, rats to hair coated with a percutaneous toxicity test method.Result：It was found that QCO was can significantly inhibit xylene-in- duced ear edema in mice caused by bolts inflammatory sweUing,improved the right rear foot of the isolated histamine phosphate back the itch threshold and improved taking XiaoTongTie on mice auricle mierocirculation. Conclusion： These results suggested that QCO can im- prove micrecireulation, anti-inflammatory, anti-itch effect, and use safety.
