| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丁香多总皂对HepG2．2．15细胞分泌HBeAg和HBsAg的影响．方法：采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测培养上清中HBeAg和HBsAg表达的变化并以抑制率来表示．结果：丁香多总皂对HBeAg和HBsAg的分泌具有抑制作用，该作用呈现剂量依赖性和时间依赖性。结论：丁香多总皂对HBeAg和HBsAg分泌的抑制作用提示其在体外具有抗乙型肝炎病毒的作用。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To observe the effects of the extract of Syringa on the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg in HepG 2.2.15 cells. METHODS: Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg and the suppressive rate was used to represent the values. RESULTS: The extract of Syringa suppressed the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg in a dose dependent and time dependent manner. CONCLUSION: The suppressive effects of the extract of Syringa on the secretions of HBsAg and HBeAg suggest that the extract of Syringa has some effects of anti hepatitis B viruses in vitro . |
