硝基-L-精氨酸对脑梗死患者血浆内皮素含量的影响

摘    要:目的探讨硝基-L-精氨酸对脑梗死的作用。方法用硝基-L-精氨酸治疗10例急性脑梗死患者(治疗组),与10例单用低分子右旋糖酐加胞二磷胆碱组(对照组)进行对比,观察脑梗死患者神经功能缺损程度与血浆内皮素的变化。结果治疗组患者其神经功能缺损程度的改善较对照组显著,总有效率为90.0%,总显效率60.0%,疗效优于对照组(分别为80.0%和40.0%,P〈0.05)。患者血浆内皮素含量于硝基-L-精氨酸治疗3d后与对照组相比下降(P〈0.05)。结论硝基-L-精氨酸能抑制血浆内皮素的生成与释放,对脑梗死有治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the treatment mechanism of L-NNA to the cerebral infarction.Methods 10 patients of acute cerebral infarction(treatment group) were treated with L-NNA,while the control group of acute cerebral infarction(10 cases) was treated with low molecular weight dextran and citicoline.The degree of functional defect of nervous system and symptom improvement were observed,in the meantime,the concentration changes of plasma endothelin(ET) in blood were measured as well.Then,the comparison between two groups was carried out.Results The patients' function of nervous system in treatment group was improved more significantly than that of control group.Total effective rate in treatment group was 90.0% and total responsive rate in treatment group was 60.0%,superior to that of control group(80.0% and 40.0% respectively,P<0.05).However,the concentration of ET in treatment group was much more decreased than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic mechanism of L-NNA on cerebral infarction probably could be explained through its elimination and inhibition for mation and release of ET.
