脑梗死血糖与纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1的相关性研究

摘    要:目的探讨血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(plasminogen activitor inhibitor-1,PAI-1)活性与急性脑梗死患者空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白的关系。方法应用ELISA法(酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法),对急性脑梗死患者(162例)进行检测血浆PAI-1活性。结果(1)急性脑梗死患者PAI-1活性明显升高,空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白与PAI-1活性升高密切相关(P<0.01)。(2)血脂、体重指数、C-反应蛋白、神经功能评分与PAI-1活性无明显相关(P>0.05)。结论PAI-1活性升高是急性脑梗死患者的特征之一,空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白与PAI-1活性升高有关,积极控制血糖、糖化血红蛋白可能降低PAl-1活性,改善预后。

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the levels of plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAl-l) and fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin of cerebral infarction patient. Methods The plasma concentrations of PAI-1 were determined by ELISA in 162 cerebral infarction patient. Results (1)The PAI-1 levels were significantly increased with fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin (P<0.05). (2)There was no correlation between the PAI-1 level and BMI, walst-hipratio (WHR), blood fat, totalcholesterol (TCH), c-reactive protein, neuro-function deficite in the cerebral infarction patient, respectively (P>0.05). Conclusion The high level of PAI-1 maybe one of characteristic of acute cerebral infarction patients. There was positive correlation between the PAI-1 and fasting blood glucose ,glycosylated hemoglobin. Good prognosis maybe result from the normal leve of fasting blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin.
