茶叶中微量元素分布探微

研究了茶叶、茶叶细胞壁及脂多糖中微量元素 Cu、Zn、Cr、Mn、Fe及 Ca的分布情况。研究结果表明 :Cu、Zn、Cr、Fe在茶叶、细胞壁和脂多糖中的含量依次增加 ,Mn的含量依次降低 ,Ca的含量在脂多糖中最多 ,茶叶中次之 ,细胞壁中的最少。表明微量元素更多地存在于生物大分子——脂多糖中 ,从分子和亚细胞水平上对自然植物体内的微量元素作了初步定位。这对于进一步研究茶叶的无机元素和综合开发利用茶叶提供了科学依据

Discussion on distribution of Trace Elements in Tea

This paper,distribution of trace elements(Cu,Zn,Cr,Mn,Fe and Ca)in tea,tea cell wall,tea lipopolysaccharide was studied.The results showed that contents of Cu,Zn,Cr,Fe and Ca in them were increased,Mn was debased,in turn.The content of Ca was the most in lipoplysaccharide,the least in tea cel wall.It showed that the content of trace elements existed more in biomacromolecule,lipopolysaccharides.Distribution of trace elements in nature plant had orientated elementarily from investigations on molecular and subcellular leve.The paper provided scientific basis for being developed and used.
