摘    要:目的用PEAA600石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定油条中铝,并探讨相关实验条件。方法利用混合酸对样品进行消化处理,硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定。结果相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.136%~0.188%之间,回收率在88.8%~105.5%之间。结论本法为一种理想的面制食品中铝测定方法。

Abstract:Aim To determine aluminium in fried twisted flour dough. Methods Pretest samples using mixed acid, and Mg(NO3)2 were adopted as matrix modifier to determine aluminium by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Results The detection limit was 4.8μg/L,relative standard deviation(RSD) was 0.952%-6.329%,Recovery rate was 88.8% -105.5%. Conclusion This method is suitable for determination of aluminium in flour food.
