穴位电刺激在淤胆型肝炎病人治疗中的作用

为了解穴位电刺激治疗淤胆型肝炎的效果 ,运用传统中医经络学理论与现代电疗技术相结合 ,对 3 0例淤胆型肝炎病人进行穴位电刺激 ,并与传统治疗组进行对照研究。观察治疗前、治疗 15d、3 0d病人客观指标及治疗前后自觉症状。结果 :治疗组血清总胆红素、结合胆红素及胆汁酸治疗后均低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,皮肤瘙痒症状改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。提示 :电刺激治疗淤胆型肝炎可促进黄疸消退、皮肤瘙痒症状改善。

Role of Points Electrical Stimulation in Treatment of Patients With Cholestatic Hepatitis

To understand the effect of points electrical stimulation to treat cholestatic hepatitis, combination of the theory of channels and collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine and modern electrical therapy techniques was adopted. 30 cases of cholestatic hepatitis were received points electrical stimulation treatment and compared it with the control group patients who just received the traditional treatment. Objective indexes and some symptoms of patients before the treatment, 15 days and 30 days after the treatment were observed. Results showed that serum total bilirubin, conjugated bilirubin, and bile acid levels of patients after the treatment were remarkably lower than that of control group (P<0.01). And improvement of skin itching of patients in test group was superior to that in control group (P<0.05). Suggested that electrical stimulation therapy may facilitate elimination of jaundice and improve a symptom such as itching in cholestatic hepatitis patients.
