| 摘 要： | 本文了２１例胫骨延长过程中外周血中超氧化物歧化酶少及过氧化脂质含变化。结果表明，随着延长长度的增加，ＳＯＤ活力和ＬＰＯ含量随之增加，在延长２ｃｍ后，每延长１ｃｍ时二者的递增数值有显著性差异，二者呈明显正相关，提示骨延长过程中氧自由基代谢增强。在骨延长过程中检测上述两指标有助于发现情况，并 可为评估各类延长器的优劣提供依据。

| Abstract: | .The activity of SOD and the content of LPO in whole blood of 21 patients with tibial lengthening were assesseded.The resultshowed that the more lengthened length was,the more increased activity of SOD and the content of LPO. After lengthening 2cm,the numbers between each 1 cm lengthening had significant difference(P<0.01,P< 0.05 );A positive correlation was foundbetween the activity of SOD and content of LPO r=O.71).The study indicated the oxygen free radical metabolism was disorderduring the lengthening.Therefore,detecting the levels of SOD and LPO in whole blood was helpful for finding complications andalso provided evidence for evaluating the distracting equipment. |
