| 摘 要： | 应用股骨髁上骨膜下嵌入式截骨术矫正脊髓灰质炎后遗症所致的膝部屈曲，外展，外旋畸形，本方法具有手术操作简单，畸形纠正容易，安全，可靠，手术时间短，骨愈合时间短，功能恢复比较快，并发症少的优点。本文详细介绍了手术方法及注意事项。

| Abstract: | We used supracondylar subperiosteal osteotomy to treat knee deformities of flexion,abduction and supination afterpoliomyelitis. Advantage of this procedure is simple,safe,reliable and easy to correct the deformities in short time,After theoperation,bone healing and functional recovery is fast and complication is few,The method of procedure is introduced in this paper. |
