| 摘 要： | 复习７例误诊的腰椎部肿部肿瘤患者，发现造成误依的原因为：①根性腰椎部肿瘤的主要临床特点，也是造成误诊的主要原因。②转移肿瘤患者年轻化。③检查方法选择不当和判断失误。穿刺活检在腰椎部肿瘤患者诊断中有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Reviewing 7 cases of incorrect diagnosis on Lumbar tumor,we found the causes as following:1.root pain is the main clinicalcharacteristics of lumbar tumor,and is the primary cause of making mistaken diagnosis,2.patients with metastatic tumor were younger.3.examining methods were selected improperly,and results were analysed mistakenly.The percutaneous needle biopsywould paly impontant role on making correct diagnosis for lumbar tumor. |
