| 摘 要： | 本文报告１７例髋部骨折，其共同特征为致伤外力轻微，既往曾发生过Ｃｏｌｌｅｓ骨折。经测量髋部骨折患者的Ｓｉｎｇｈ指数、股骨颈皮质骨指数和股骨外侧皮质骨厚度均低于正常对照者，相差非常显著。

| Abstract: | Seventeen hip fractures,which were associated with moderate trauma,occuring after
Colles'fracture were reviewed.The singh index,the cortical index of the femoral neck and the
lateral cortical width of the femur of the patients were singificantly(P<0.01)decreased comparing
with the normal controls.The difference in the second metacarpal density between patiants with
colles'fracture and the normal controls was also demonstrated.The presence of colles'fracture
due to moderate trauma is a strong premonitor for subsequent fracture risk. |
