| 摘 要： | 背景:增加微种植体稳定性,减少其失败率,正确的利用微种植体支抗,已经成为人们关注的问题.目的:观察两种不同定位方法对正畸微种植体植入成功率的影响.方法:选取2008-06/2010-06 解放军101 医院口腔科收治的38 例需在双侧上颌第二双尖牙和第一磨牙间植入微种植体的正畸患者,每例患者随机挑选一侧采用口内装置放置金属丝,结合X 射线平片辅助定位指导微种植体植入,作为传统定位组;另一侧,采用三维导板定位,引导微种植体植入,作为三维模板定位组,观察两组微种植体脱落情况.结果与结论:经5～7 个月的临床使用观察,传统定位组29 颗微种植体稳定,9 颗发生松动,成功率76.3%;三维模板定位组36 颗微种植体稳定,2 颗发生松动,成功率达94.7%.三维模板定位组成功率明显高于传统定位组(P < 0.05).提示与传统定位方法相比,三维导向植入可以使正畸微种植体达到最佳植入部位,从而有效降低种植体支抗的失败率.
