| 摘 要： | 背景:皮肤源性前体细胞是一种神经嵴来源的前体细胞,具有多向分化潜能.目的:对皮肤源性前体细胞的培养分离、生物学特性以及临床应用前景作一综述.方法:应用计算机检索PubMed数据库2001-01/2011-01相关文献,以"skin-derived precursor cells,skin-derived precursors,SKPs"为检索词;共检索到文献137篇,最终纳入符合标准的文献36篇.结果与结论:皮肤源性前体细胞具有来源丰富、易于获取和多向分化的潜能等优点,能够分化为在体内外都有功能的Schwann细胞、骨样细胞和胰岛素样细胞等多种细胞类型.其在多种组织修复和疾病治疗,特别是神经损伤再修复中显示了良好的应用前景.但其研究仍存在一些问题,需要进一步深入研究.
