免疫组化SP法检测人乳腺癌组织中VEGF和VEGF-C的表达及意义

摘    要:目的:探讨VEGF、VEGF-C表达情况及其与乳腺癌生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法检测87例乳腺癌组织中VEGF、VEGF-C表达,并与临床分期、淋巴结转移情况等临床病理因素进行相关性分析。结果:乳腺癌组织VEGF、VEGF-C阳性表达率分别为64.4%(56/87)和56.3%(49/87),与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移情况和临床分期有关(P<0.05),与年龄、无进展生存期(PFS)无关(P>0.05)。结论:VEGF、VEGF-C高表达与乳腺癌发生及转移有关,有望成为判定乳腺癌临床分期及评估预后的指标之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF,VEGF-C and the possible relationship between VEGF,VEGF-C and biological behaviors of human breast carcinoma.Methods:The expression of VEGF and VEGF-C in 87 cases of human breast cancer were assessed by SP immunohistochemistry method.The relationship with clinicalpathological factors,such as status of lymph node and clinical stage,were statistically analyzed.Results:The positive rate of VEGF was 64.4%(56/87),and that of VEGF-C was 56.3%(49/87),and their expressions correlated with tumor size,status of lymph node,clinical stage and histology stage(P<0.05),but not with the age and progression-free survival(PFS)(P> 0.05).Conclusion:The over-expression of VEGF and VEGF-C has a significant correlation with the growth and metastasis of breast cancer,and it may be a marker to estimate the clinical stage and the prognosis of breast cancer.
