| 摘 要： | 目的:评价阿莫西林针剂和胶囊治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染的临床疗效、安全性及医疗费用.方法:98例下呼吸道感染患者,随机分为两组,分别应用阿莫西林针剂(对照组)及阿莫西林针剂加胶囊(序贯组),对治疗前后的临床资料及费用作成本-效果分析.结果:序贯组总有效率为85.7%,对照组总有效率为88.1%;细菌清除率分别为78.95%和79.49%.两组临床疗效差异无显著性(P＞0.05),但两组在治疗费用上序贯组(627.40元)低于对照组(1 184.00元).结论:阿莫西林针剂治疗细菌性下呼吸道感染疗效可靠,费用较低.

| Abstract: | Objective:To assess the safety,clinical and cost efficacy of amoxycillin injection or amoxycillin injection plus amoxycillion capsule in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:Ninety eight patients were randomized to receive amoxycillin injection(control group) or amoxycillin injection plus amoxycillin capsule(experimental group).The clinical efficacy and the cost efficacy of the two groups were compared and analysed before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 85.7% in the experimental group and 88.1% in the control group.The clearance rates of bacteria were 78.95% and 79.49% respectively.There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups( P >0.05),while the medical expenses were 627.40 and 1 184.00 yuan respectively.Conclusions:Amoxycillin injection is effective and economical in treatment of lower respiratory tract infection. |
