酶法提取大枣多糖工艺的研究

摘    要:以大枣多糖的得率和纯度为指标,考察酶提取工艺中不同因素对多糖得率的影响,并结合单因素试验选出最佳提取工艺条件。所采用的工艺,大枣多糖的得率为4.7%,纯度达47.9%。

Abstract:By making the yield ratio and the content of polysaccharide from Jujube as index, the effects of every main factors on extraction ratio by enzyme extraction process are discussed, and the optimum conditions of extraction effective components from jujube are determined With the Single diathesis test. According to this process, the yield ratio of polysaccharide is up to 4.7 %, the content is 47,9 %.
