义马煤业集团4 962名职工健康状况和职业病防治对策

目的 掌握煤矿企业职工健康状况,探讨职业病防治对策.方法 回顾调查2003年义马煤业集团职工职业健康检查、职业病诊断档案资料.结果 职业健康检查异常率23.14%,心电图、血压、胸片、尿常规、肝功能、血常规和肺功能异常率分别为10.38%、 6.67%、4.11%、2.52%、1.81%、1.45%和0.06%.结论 该煤业集团职工心电图、血压异常率较高,不仅做好职业病防治工作,还要做好心血管等疾病的防治工作.

Physical Condition of 4 962 Staff Members in Yima Coal Corporation and Relevant Preventive Countermeasures

Objective] To master the physical condition of the staff of coalmine enterprises and explore some relevant prevention countermeasures against occupational diseases. Methods] Retrospective study was carried out on the data collected in 2003 about the physical condition and occupational diseases diagnosis of the staff of Yima coal corporation. Results] The total abnormal rate of the occupational physical examination was 23.14%; the abnormal rates of electrocardiogram, blood pressure, chest X-ray, routine urine examination , liver function, routine blood examination and lung function were 10.38%, 6.67%, 4.11%, 2.52%, 1.81%, 1.45% and 0.06% respectively. Conclusion] The abnormal rates of electrocardiogram and blood pressure were relatively high. Preventive measures should be strengthened to prevent the attack of cardiovascular diseases.
