| 摘 要： | 目的：我科从2002年1月-2005年1月观察了75例颈性眩晕的患者，将其随机分成2组，对照组行颈椎牵引加中频电疗，观察组除上述治疗外，同时开始服用桂枝加葛根汤的中药，治疗前后进行打分评定，经过一疗程治疗，二组的评分经统计学处理，说明外治同时配以桂枝加葛根汤的内服可以明显提高疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:From January 2002 to January 2005,75 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups,control group were treated by cervical traction combined with medium frequency electrotherapy and in addition to these therapy,study group applied Guizhi jia GegenTang ,which were evaluated before and after treatment.The result of statistics analysis between two groups after one-course treatment indicated that external treatment combined with Guizhi jia GegenTang would improve the therapeutic effect obversely. |
