方松街道1154名70岁及以上老人健康体检结果分析

目的：了解本地区70岁以上老人健康状况及疾病谱。方法：采取健康体检和病史询问相结合的方法，对所得资料进行分析。结果：1154名70岁以上老年人体检异常者为85.0%，病症前3位为高血压、高甘油三酯血症、高胆固醇血症；检出率分别为47.1%、12.8%、8.9%。结论：慢性病是危害老人健康的主要疾病，高血压居发病之首，应加强防治。

Analysis of the health examination results of 1 154 old people aged seventy and over in Fangsong Neighborhood

Objective：To understand the health status and spectrum of diseases of the elderly aged 70 and over in this region. Methods：The results of the physical examination and the data of their histories were analyzed. Results：Eighty-ifve percent of 1 154 elderly people aged seventy and over had abnormalities in physical examination. The ifrst three were high blood pressure, high triglyceride level and hypercholesterolemia whose detection rates were 47.1%, 12.8%and 8.9%, respectively. Conclusion：The chronic diseases are the main diseases harmful to the health of the elderly and hypertension ranks ifrst in the incidences, to which prevention and treatment should be strengthened.
