参附注射液在 ICU 脓毒症患者救治中的应用

目的观察参附注射液在脓毒症休克患者治疗中的作用。方法68例脓毒症患者随机分为两组，对照组采用常规治疗，治疗组采用常规加参附注射液治疗，比较两组患者循环功能、氧和情况、临床并发症、住院时间及生存率。结果两组治疗24h后，平均动脉压、心率、中心静脉血氧饱和度、血乳酸水平、尿量指标比较，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．05）；而鼻导管吸氧时间、中转气管插管率和有创通气时间，两组结果相近（P〉0．05）；对照组患者累计出现脏器功能不全率高于治疗组（P〈0．05）；两组生存率与住院时间相当（P〉0．05）。结论早期使用参附注射液可改善脓毒症患者循环功能及保护脏器功能，但不能改善生存率及住院时间。

Application of Shenfu Injection on ICU Patients with Septic Shock

Objective： To investigate the effect of Shenfu Injection on patients with septic shock. Methods： 68 cases of patients with septic shock were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in group A received conven- tional treatment and patients in group B received conventional treatment plus Shenfu injection. Then circulatory function, oxygen, clinical complication ,length of hospital stay, and survival rate of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results： After treatment for 24 h, these indicators of the treatment group were superior to those fo the control group including the mean arterial pressure, the heart rate, the central venous oxygen saturation, the lactate levels and the urine volume. The nasal cannula time, rate of transiting intubation and invasive ventilation time of patients in group A and B were （5.4±3.6） VS （4.9±2.7） days, 23.53% VS 17.64% and （3.5±1.7） VS （3.1±1.2） days respectively. The difference of breathing support treatment between the two groups was not statistically sig- nificant （P〉 0.05）. Patients in group B had a lower rate of suffering organ dysfunction than that in group A, 58.82% VS 76.47%（P〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference in survival and hospitalization time of the two groups（P〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Early use of Shenfu injection can improve circulatory function and protect organs of patients with sepsis, but it can not improve the survival rate and hospitalization time.
